These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing of, and use of the MyGoodLens SaaS platform, dedicated to competitive advertising and email monitoring.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the platform or creating an account, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the services offered.

3. Service description

The platform enables marketing teams to:

• Track public ads from competing brands via the Meta Ads Library.
• Centralize competitor newsletters received by email.
• Generate enriched brand profiles via AI analysis (description, audiences, competitors).
• Consult a history of advertising and email creatives over several months.

The service is accessible online, as offered at the time of use.

4. Access to the service

Access to the service is subject to:

• Registration with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Express acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
• Compliance with the technical requirements specified on the platform.

Access may be refused or suspended in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

5. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the service in accordance with its competitive monitoring purpose.
• Not attempt to harm the security or proper functioning of the platform.
• Not extract or massively reuse data (scraping prohibited).
• Respect the intellectual property rights of tracked brands and the service.
• Keep their login credentials confidential.

6. Intellectual property

All content and technical or graphic elements of the service (interface, code, algorithms, brand, logo) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Ads and emails collected as part of the monitoring remain the property of their respective authors and are presented solely for competitive analysis purposes.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the platform's elements is prohibited.

7. Liability

Efforts are made to guarantee a reliable service, however:

• Occasional interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical incident).
• Data from third-party sources (Meta Ads Library, forwarded emails) is provided "as is," without any guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
• AI-generated analyses are decision aids and may contain inaccuracies.
• Liability is limited to direct and proven damages.

8. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time from their personal space.

Access to the service may also be suspended or removed in the event of a serious breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
